Description
8" (20 cm.) Bisque socket head, large blue glass googly sleep and side-glancing eyes, long painted curly lashes, single-stroke brows, closed mouth with crooked smile and modeled tongue tip, two beaded upper teeth, brunette mohair bobbed wig, paper mache five-piece toddler body, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 180 4/0 K&H (banner). Comments: Hertel and Schwab for Kley and Hahn, circa 1915. Value Points: rarely-found model, the impish googly has delightful crooked smile.
