24" (61 cm.) 6 1/2"w. shoulderplate. Thick-paste pink-tinted porcelain lady with heart-shaped face and elongated throat with defined throat hollow, solid dome with crown holes for wig attachment, slightly-defined bosom, fully-sculpted ears, painted blue eyes with white eye dots, red and black upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, elegantly-shaped nose, closed mouth with full lips, blonde mohair wig, early muslin stitch-jointed body, original porcelain arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Lippert & Haas of Schlaggenwald, circa 1850. Value Points: especially beautiful example with subtle blending of complexion, luminous patina, original porcelain limbs, fine antique sheer muslin dress with lace bodice and sleeves, undergarments, bonnet.
