18" (46 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead with oval face and elongated throat, blonde sculpted hair drawn away from face and captured in a sculpted snood with black headband and two large cobalt blue bows, painted blue eyes, black and red upper eyeliner, single-stroke brows, aquiline nose with accent dots, closed mouth with center accent line, muslin stitch-jointed body, bisque lower arms, legs, painted ribbed white stockings, black heeled ankle boots, royal blue silk dress and lace trim, undergarments. Condition: generally excellent, original very sturdy body. Comments: Germany, circa 1870, attributed to Alt, Beck and Gottschalk. Value Points: rare painted large blue bows charmingly exactly match her eye color, original body and bisque limbs.
