12" (30 cm.) Carved one-piece wooden figure of flying angel with arms outstretched, and attached carved wooden silver wings, sculpted brown side-parted hair, fully-sculpted ears, enamel eyes, painted facial features, painted sandal straps and ties, and wearing original silver metallic angel tunic with fringed trim. Condition: very good, repair to right wing and leg knee. Comments: early 1800s. Value Points: excellent detail of sculpting of hair and facial expression.
