Description
9" (23 cm.) Bisque socket head, painted facial features, black upper eyeliner, one-stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with pouty expression, accent line between the lips, blonde mohair wig with side coiled braids, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R 101 23. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1910, their art character doll marketed as Marie. Value Points: excellent detail of modeling for such a tiny size, original body and body finish, original wig.
