9" (23 cm.) Each is all bisque, one-piece head and torso, brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, open mouth, row of tiny porcelain teeth, loop-jointing at shoulders and hips, painted pink stockings and black one-strap shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 30/12 (heads, arms also marked 30/12). Comments: Germany, Kestner, circa 1910. Value Points: the matched pair are wearing their original bride and groom costumes.
