Description
7" (18 cm.) Bisque swivel head with very chubby face, on plump bisque torso, blue glass sleep and side-glancing googly eyes, painted lashes, short feathered brows, button-shaped nose, closed mouth with watermelon-slice smile, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs, painted blue socks and black one-strap shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 189 1(head) 1 (arms). Comments: Hertel and Schwab, circa 1915. Value Points: wonderful impish expression, choice bisque, rare glass-eyed version of the 189 model.
