Description
6" (15 cm.) Each is one-piece carved wooden figure of Tasmanian wolf, known as Tasmanian Devil, each with well-defined carving and painting of ferocious facial features, and each with painted dark brown finish with black striping; the male and female pair were presented as pair, she with nine under-belly teats, each with carved long swinging tail. Excellent condition. Continental, early 1800s.
