Solid domed bisque socket head, small blue glass inset eyes, painted lashes, single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, row of porcelain teeth, brushstroked boyish hair, French composition body jointed at shoulders and hips. Condition: bisque excellent, body is original, some flakes on original body finish. Marks: 227 0. Comments: SFBJ, circ 1915. Value Points: original ivory twill mariner costume with excellent braid detail.
