Carved wooden socket head, fine gofun finish, enamel inset eyes with heavy eyelids, eye shadow, painted lashes, open mouth with green accented lower lips, teeth, painted black skull cap with feathering around the forehead, wood/composition torso and lower limbs, padded cloth upper arms and legs, and wearing silk crepe kimono with obi and under-kimono. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Japanese, circa 1880.
