Description
11" (28 cm.) Porcelain shoulderhead with lightly tinted complexion, black sculpted hair drawn around sides of face and captured in a triple-braided chignon at the back, painted facial features, small blue eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, tiny closed mouth, kid body with shapely-defined torso, legs and arm pose. Condition: generally excellent, body is original and sturdy with some smudging on finish. Comments: Germany, circa 1860. Value Points: petite size, rare coiffure, original blue silk costume and undergarments.
