Each has porcelain shoulderhead with heart-shaped face, brown or blonde sculpted hair in a unique arrangement and decorated with snood, bows, or flowers, blue or brown glass inset eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, pierced ears, cloth body, porcelain lower arms and legs, painted stockings and shoes, silk costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: '52 Meg MDT (or "Jo" "Beth" or "Amy"). Comments: Martha Thompson, from her series of Little Women dolls, 1952. Value Points: each has beautifully-sculpted hair and hair ornaments, glass eyes, and very rare to find as a complete set.
