22" (54 cm.) Bisque socket head, intaglio painted brown eyes with white eyedots, thick dark upper eyeliner, tiny fringed lashes, short feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with very full lips, long blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume, undergarments and shoes. Condition: generally excellent, original body and body finish. Marks: 2025/54 BSW (in heart) 529 0. Comments: Bruno Schmidt, circa 1910. Value Points: especially fine quality of bisque and painting, superb detail of sculpting includes crinkles around the eyes and hint of smile.
