Description
18" (46 cm.) Hard plastic socket head, sleep eyes, lashes, walking-style body, brunette hair in arranged curls and bangs. Wearing tagged Godey style floor-length gown with black velvet bodice, nylon taffeta skirt and sleeves, stiffened black net cap with black lace ruffle and tulle streamers, matching hooped pink petticoat and panties, net stockings, black front-snap shoes. A lavish bouquet of black-trimmed flowers cascades from her waist, matching the flowers in her bonnet. which was described in the original Alexander catalog as having "enormous chic". The costume is tagged. Excellent condition. Alexander, from the rare Glamour Girl series, model #2010C, 1953.
