Description
60" (152 cm.) x 40" including frame. The oil on canvas depicting a young boy in suit standing alongside a girl with long blonde hair and wearing white dress with sash, a doll dangling lovingly from her right hand, all against a garden setting. The painting is signed J.T. Steadman 84. Excellent condition. The Liverpool-born painter is noted for his figure and landscape paintings of the late 1800s.
