14" (36 cm.) The heavy porcelain figure depicts a young bonneted sleeping baby wrapped in swaddling blankets, its head resting on ruffled yellow pillow, wearing ruffled chemise with blue bows; the blankets are decorated with brightly painted flowers. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1885.
