Description
19" (48 cm.) Brown-complexioned bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, black brushstroked and feathered brows, dark lashes, accented nostrils, open mouth, two porcelain upper teeth, tongue, black human hair wig, brown complexion baby body jointed at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K made in Germany 14 245 JDK Jr. 1914 c. Hilda Ges Gesch N 1070. Comments: Kestner, circa 1914. Value Points: rarely found brown complexion is flawlessly preserved both on body and face, the doll is wearing its original royal costume of patterned silk shirt, orange pants and matching turban.
