17" (43 cm.) The heavy porcelain figure depicts a young bonneted sleeping baby wrapped in swaddling blankets, its head resting on ruffled pillow, wearing ruffled chemise with bows; the porcelain is undecorated. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1885.
