Description
4" (10 cm.) Untinted porcelain shoulderhead of slender-faced woman, her head inclined downward, sculpted hair in captured coiffure, heavily lidded small blue painted eyes, aquiline nose, closed mouth. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: from the series of Nymphenburg dolls created about the beginning of the 20th century, bearing an artistic allegiance to certain 18th century dolls in their humble downcast expression.
