18" (46 cm.) Bisque head lady with swivel head on bisque shoulderplate, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, closed mouth, pierced ears, blonde human hair, carton torso containing clockwork mechanism, wire upper arms, bisque forearms, is posed standing alongside a large harp, on velvet covered wooden platform. When wound, she lightly turns her head and nods, while strumming the harp; two musical tunes play. Condition: generally excellent, mechanism and music function. Comments: French, Leopold Lambert, circa 1880 with bisque portrait head by Jumeau. Value Points: very beautiful bisque head complements the elegant actions.
