Description
17" (43 cm.) Bisque socket head, small blue glass sleep eyes, incised eyeliner, painted lower lashes, short feathered brows, accented nostrils of small rounded nose, closed mouth modeled as though slightly parted with row of upper sculpted teeth, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: C.P. 220. Comments: Catterfelder Puppenfabrick, circa 1910. Value Points: very rare character with unusual modeling especially around the eyes; few examples of this model are known to exist.
