Description
22" (56 cm.) Art-plaster sculpted head, brunette very curly mohair wig, painted facial features, blue side-glancing painted eyes in deeply-defined eye sockets, closed mouth in beaming smile with painted teeth and tongue tip, padded armature body, posable arms, posed on original wooden stand labeled with "Girl of 1890". Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Purchased J.H.Hoffheimer NY 1937 Traphagen School (original cloth label). Comments: Lilli Baitz, circa 1930. Value Points: wearing original Scottish plaid dress with brown braid trim, brown woolen cap, brown woolen stockings, painted black laced shoes, and carrying roller skates. Included is original labeled leather travel case.
