22" (56 cm.) Art-plaster sculpted head, blonde mohair curly wig, painted facial features, blue side-glancing painted eyes in deeply set sockets, closed mouth with slightly smiling lips, dimpled cheeks, padded armature body, posable arms, posed on original wooden stand labeled "Girl of 1845". Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Purchased J.H.Hoffheimer NY 1937 Traphagen School (original cloth label). Comments: Lilli Baitz, circa 1930. Value Points: wearing original coral silk gown with organdy ruffles (slight tear in one ruffle), velvet sash and bonnet (lining worn) and carrying bisque doll. Included is original labeled leather travel case.
