Description
22" (56 cm.) Art-plaster sculpted head, brunette mohair wig in arranged curls under fitted felt and silk cap, painted facial features, brown side-glancing painted eyes with in deeply-defined eye sockets, closed mouth with painted teeth between the slightly smiling lips, padded armature body, posable arms, posed on original wooden stand labeled with "Girl of 1865". Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Lilli Baitz, circa 1930. Value Points: wearing original grey and navy blue ensemble with hooped petticoat, pantalets, black fur muff, and with painted brown gloves and matching painted brown shoes. Included is original labeled leather travel case.
