22" (56 cm.) Art-plaster sculpted head, brunette mohair curly wig, painted facial features, narrow brown side-glancing painted eyes in deeply set eye sockets, closed mouth with row of painted teeth and smiling expression, padded armature body, posable arms, posed on original wooden stand labeled with "Boy of 1932". Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Lilli Baitz, circa 1935. Value Points: wearing original blue woolen school uniform with short pants, button jacket, white collar, matching cap, wool stockings, painted black laced shoes, and carrying a tin penny toy aeroplane with side propellers and passenger basket. Included is original labeled leather travel case.
