Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, brown side-glancing narrowed eyes in side-slant sockets, heavily-modeled eye lids, black curly lashes, black eyeliner, black feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, black mohair wig with extended queue, jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Lenci (original paper label). Comments: Lenci, the model appeared in the firm's 1930 series 300, model 59. Value Points: rare character doll wearing original vibrant yellow felt tunic and pants with orange trim, black felt vest with signature medallion, wooden stacked shoes, original woven hat, and carries original wooden lantern with painted decorations and paper panel inserts.
