Description
17" (43 cm.) All-cloth doll with pressed and oil painted facial features and short brown hair in boyish style with curl onto forehead, brown eyes with black and grey upper eye liner, closed mouth with pouty-shaped lips, muslin body with stitch-jointed arms, bellow-jointing of legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Kathe Kruse 61462 (feet). Comments: Kathe Kruse, the model marketed as "Hampelchen", designed by Igor Jakimowhead for Kruse, produced between 1930-1940. Value Points: rare model with appealing expression, unique body style, wonderful antique costume.
