Bisque socket head, blue/green paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, closed mouth with accent lines, pierced ears, blonde human hair wig over Steiner pate, Steiner composition fully-jointed body, lovely antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: J. Steiner Bte SGDG Sie C 7 (incised) Bourgoin (red ink script). Comments: Jules Steiner, circa 1884. Value Points: lovely bebe with gentle expression, fine delicate bisque, original body and body finish.
