3" (8 cm.) head width. Of finely woven cream fabric, the fitted cap is embroidered with delicate blue flowers and garlands of tiny blue flower buds with gold edging, dainty ruffled edging and ties. The bonnet was shown in the book The Heart of the Tree by Rosalie Whyel and Jill Gorman, page 51, with notation that the baby cap had originally been gifted for good deeds, later exhibited at the Vera Kramer Brighton Doll Museum before finally being gifted to the Rosalie Whyel Museum.
