15" (38 cm.) x 12" A wooden box is covered with blue paper and decorated with gilt lettering "Grand Loterie" along with an engraving of children playing; it hinges open to reveal its well-fitted contents including a wooden roulette wheel, gilt lettered tickets, and 19 miniature toy "prizes". Excellent condition. French, circa 1885, a fine deluxe edition of the popular French parlor toy.
