Bisque socket head, painted facial features, brown painted eyes with shaded detail in well-defined eye sockets, thick black upper eyeliner, unusual white lower eyeliner, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, dimples at lip corners and cheeks, brunette mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique school dress. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K&H (in banner) 520 11 Germany. Comments: Kley and Hahn, circa 1912. Value Points: rare character with most appealing cheerful expression, deeply impressed dimples around mouth and cheeks, finest bisque and painting, original body finish.
