16" (41 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head, painted brown boyish hair with detail of curls onto forehead, large brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked and multi-feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, shaded and accented lips, two porcelain upper teeth, tongue, composition and wooden ball-jointed toddler body with side-hip jointing, mariner costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Germany Simon & Halbig K*R 127 36. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1912. Value Points: very expressive features with finely modeled hair.
