Description
16" (41 cm.) Solid domed bisque head with light brown/amber complexion flat-cut neck socket that accommodates to composition torso dowel, sculpted short brown bobbed hair, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, tinted brows, rounded button-shaped nose, "O" shaped mouth with heart-shaped upper lip, two porcelain upper teeth, composition toddler body with jointing at shoulders and hips, silk kimono and wide obi. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 127 Germany. Comments: Marseille, circa 1928, the doll bears uncanny resemblance to Effanbee's Patsy model. Value Points: rarely found model is rendered virtually unknown by its light brown.amber complexion, enhanced by added black human hair wig with floral coronet.
