Description
19" (48 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead, blonde sculpted hair in side-parted style, blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, muslin stitch-jointed body, bisque lower limbs. Condition: bisque excellent, lower limbs not original. Comments: Germany, attributed to Alt, Beck and Gottschalk, circa 1880. Value Points: the glass-eyed gentleman is wearing antique formal suit, carries leather satchel and pipe.
