Description
14" (36 cm.) Solid domed bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, brown glass inset eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, kid body with gusset jointing, bisque lower arms, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: SH 4 949 (head) S 4 H 941 (shoulderplate). Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1885. Value Points: beautiful dainty doll with original body, perfect bisque hands.
