18" (46 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead with brown sculpted hair waved from face in elaborately sculpted coiffure that is decorated with blue ribbons and bows that are edged with gilt banding, painted blue eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, pierced ears, closed mouth with accent line between the lips, muslin stitch-jointed body with stitched-on striped stockings and leather boots. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points: rarity factors include brown hair, fancy coiffure, blue ribbon decorations.
