16" (41 cm.) The matched pair of softpaste majolica vases have butterfly-wing shaped design upon which are posed a pair of ladies with flowing hair and loosely draped costumes, sculpted flowers and leaves at the base. Each is marked with an impressed M.K. within a shield, and model numbers 2107 and 2108. Excellent condition. Circa 1890.
