Porcelain girl with sculpted black curly hair under gilt party hat with blue pom-pom, smiling expression, "spider web" design costume with gilt edging and holding a fan, attached to wooden base with velvet cover and gilt metal edging. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1920.
