9 1/2" (24 cm.) Solid domed bisque shoulderhead, blue glass inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, brunette mohair wig, original commercial muslin body, bisque lower arms and legs with bare feet, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: S&H. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1880. Value Points: rare to find model, beautiful shy expression, fine sculpting of hands and bare bisque feet.
