18" (46 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass spiral threaded eyes with darker blue iris rims, dark eyeliner, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, accented lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French kid gusset jointed body, nicely costumed in gold silk ensemble, undergarments, shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 4. Comments: Gaultier, circa 1875. Value Points: delicate complexion enhances the beautiful spiral-threaded eyes.
