Description
10" (25 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque torso, brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, slightly-parted outlined lips with four tiny porcelain teeth, brunette mohair wig over plaster pate, peg-jointed bisque arms and legs with shapely modeling, tiny bare feet, organdy dress. Condition: generally excellent, tiny imperceptible repair on toes of left foot. Marks: 4. Comments: Kestner, circa 1880. Value Points: rare large size with very fine modeling, presented with miniature maple wood doll's chair.
