12" (30 cm.) Porcelain shoulderhead with lightly tinted complexion, brilliant cobalt blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, lightly feathered brows, accented nostrils, blonde lambswool wig over cork pate, shapely kid poupee body with stitch-jointed arms, mitten-shaped hands. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, attributed to Blampoix, circa 1860. Value Points: the dainty petite poupee with pert expression, gleaming patina, is wearing early French seaside costume.
