Description
6" (15 cm.) and 7". Each is all-bisque with one-piece bisque head and torso, painted features, slightly-parted lips, tiny porcelain teeth, loop-jointing at shoulders and hips, including blue-eyed child with original mohair lashes, blonde mohair wig, painted pink stockings and black one-strap shoes; and brown-eyed child with light brown mohair wig, white socks and black one-strap shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 150 0 (blonde haired doll) 150 1 (brunette doll). Comments: Kestner, circa 1900. Value Points: the sister dolls are wearing lovely antique costumes and are posed on a wicker bench.
