Description
6" (15 cm.) Presented within a firm-sided box with decorative lithographed lid are fitted compartments containing an all-bisque German doll along with various additional costumes and accessories; the doll with blue glass sleep eyes, open mouth, blonde mohair wig jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: doll is excellent although not original to box; the box has wear, contents are still tied within and appear original. Comments: for the French market, circa 1890. Value Points: rare presentation box with beautifully designed lid, original contents.
