Bisque socket head with very plump cheeks and chin, small blue glass sleep eyes, brown eyeliner and painted curly lower lashes, short feathered brows, accented nostrils of round-tipped nose, closed mouth with very full lips, brunette mohair wig, French composition and wooden fully-jointed toddler body with side-hip jointing, antique cotton dress with lace trim, undergarments, shoes, stockings. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: SFBJ 252 Paris 10. Comments: SFBJ, circa 1912. Value Points: most sought-after model of the series has superb sculpting of furrowed scowls and frown lines enhanced by exemplary bisque and painting, original body and body finish.
