13" (33 cm.) Porcelain shoulderhead with sculpted black curly hair, painted blue eyes and facial features, closed mouth, muslin body, porcelain arms, painted black shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, for the American market, circa 1880. Value Points: original fortune telling doll whose skirt is formed of folded papers, each have a hand-written fortune in English.
