Description
19" (48 cm.) Bisque socket head, blue glass set eyes, painted curly lashes, short feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with downcast pouting expression, double chin, brunette mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed toddler body with side-hip jointing, boy's velvet costume, socks, saddle shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R Simon & Halbig 115/A 48. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1912, their model marketed as Phillip. Value Points: very fine bisque with chubby cheek modeling, fine matte complexion, original toddler body.
