Description
10" (25 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head with flat cut neck edge which accommodates to upper torso dowel, blue glass inset eyes, dark upper eyeliner, painted lashes, single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, blonde mohair wig in long braids, composition and wooden six-ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Sonneberg, circa 1880, attributed to Ernst Grossman. Value Points: beautiful doll in fine unplayed with condition, wearing original white pique dress and with two additional original dresses and undergarments.
