Description
12" (30 cm.) and 13". Each has bisque shoulderhead with sculpted curly brown hair in variation style and with different black hair ribbons, painted blue eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, original muslin stitch-jointed body, bisque lower arms, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: S H (front shoulderplate of each). Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1875. Value Points: each has rare brown hair, charming expression, interesting variation of hair style, original body.
