Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, small blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, arched feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, pierced ears, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, French kid gusset-jointed poupee body. Condition: generally excellent, minor kid repair on arm. Marks: D. Comments: attributed to Leon Casimir Bru, the early model of their smiling Bru with letter size marking. Value Points: charming petite poupee with lovely complexion, original wig, and early turquoise silk ensemble with ivory silk fringe, bonnet, undergarments, leather boots.
